SeqWeb

SeqWeb is the web-based interface to the GCG Wisconsin Package. Based on the strength of the GCG Wisconsin Package, SeqWeb provides a simple web interface to a core set of sequence analysis programs and parameters. SeqWeb allows you to focus on "How do I best analyze my sequences?" rather than on "How do I use this software?", enabling you to put it to use on your sequence data and research in a very short time. Within SeqWeb, easily access the Wisconsin Package by simply logging in via a popular web browser.

SeqWeb provides web access to the most popular Wisconsin Package programs, covering these major areas of sequence analysis: Database Searching and Retrieval Sequence Comparison Protein Analysis Mapping Evolutionary Analysis Pattern Recognition and Motif Searching Nucleic Acid Secondary Structure Primer Prediction.

To access SeqWeb, you must have a GCG account on the CHMC Genome Server. Contact Email, CHMC Pediatric Informatics, to have an account established. If you already have an account, you can access SeqWeb here.
