The combination of course work, lab work, seminars, presentations and poster sessions ensures that upon completion of your PhD at UC you will be fully competent to compete and succeed in research in any arena............While at UC dept of Molecular Genetics you are given the amazing opportunity to run your own project, present both internally and externally, attend scientific conferences, and act as an independent researcher, all skills which are essential for success in any scientific career path............Cincinnati is a nice place to live with a low cost of living which is essential for students. |
