What to do if your computer malfunctions:

If your computer is not functioning correctly the first thing you should do is restart the machine. After it boots up please log in correctly and see if your problems are resolved. If you are still experiencing problems please review what has been done to the machine since it was last functioning correctly. If anything has been installed or configuration changes have been made please tell us so we can get you back up and running as fast as possible.

Please contact Molgen IT Support Services for IT related computer or network problems. Please do not try to fix the problem yourself. We offer fast, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to everyone in the Department of Molecular Genetics.
