From The Interstates
If you are traveling either north- or southbound on I-75, exit at the Hopple street interchange. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left. At the first stoplight, travel through the intersection and continue on up the hill. This road is Martin Luther King Drive. Continue on Martin Luther King, driving past the west campus of the university, until you reach the medical center area.

If you are traveling southbound on I-71, exit at William Howard Taft Road. Follow Taft to Highland Avenue (fourth stoplight). Turn right and continue on Highland Avenue for several blocks. This will bring you to the medical center area.

If you are traveling northbound on I-71, exit at Reading Road, travel north on Reading to Martin Luther King Drive (seventh stoplight). Turn left onto Martin Luther King, and continue on King for several blocks until you reach the medical center area.

If you are traveling northbound on I-471, after crossing the river, take the Liberty Street exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Reading Road. Follow Reading to Martin Luther King Drive (ninth stoplight). Turn left onto Martin Luther King, and continue on King for several blocks until you reach the medical center area.

Interstates may be under construction. Please allow for extra travel time and note that some exits may be temporarily closed.

From The Greater Cincinnati Airport
Take I-275 east to I-75 north and follow the I-75 directions above.

From Neighboring Regions

If you are traveling from Indianapolis and the West, take I-275 east to I-75 south. Follow the I-75 directions.

If you are traveling from Columbus and the Northeast take I-71 southbound. Follow the I-71 southbound directions.

If you are traveling from Louisville and the Southwest take I-71 to northbound I-75. Follow the I-75 directions.

If your are traveling from Portsmouth and the East take either US 32, US 50, or US 52 to I-275 south. Cross the Ohio River and go north on I-471. Follow the I-471 directions.

Air Travel Information
The Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport is located in Northern Kentucky. As a Delta hub we are easily accessible from most cities in the United States. Take a cab to campus. The ride will normally take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic and construction and should cost about $35. We are less than 2 hours away from a number of other regional airports including Louisville, Indianapolis, Columbus, Dayton, and Lexington. You might find airfares less expensive if you go through one of these locations but you will need a car to get you to campus.

Bus Travel Information
The Greyhound Bus Station is located about 3 miles from the main UC campus. You will need to take a cab to campus. Cabs are usually located directly out in front of the bus station. If there is a shortage they may ask you to share the cab with another passenger. The cost is approximately $6. to campus and takes about 10 minutes.

Rail Travel Information
The Cincinnati area has limited passenger rail service. Trains arrive around 4 am on Wednesday morning, Friday morning, Sunday morning from Chicago. Trains arrive around 2 am on Tuesday morning, Thursday morning, and Saturday morning from the Washington D.C. area. The trains disembark from the Union Terminal Museum Center located about 3 miles from campus. You will need to take a cab to campus but remember, you will be arriving very early! The cab ride will cost approximately $6 and take about 10 minutes.
